The purpose of this site is to make the public aware of BMW's unethical business practice of the professional "run around", and for others to share their similar stories. Hopefully, this website will encourage BMW to improve their quality control and stand behind their product should it malfunction. BMW North America, LLC. and Dave Walter BMW have been giving me the runaround since 2009, instead of taking responsibility for their defective vehicle. This website is dedicated to all those who are also getting the professional "run around" from BMW and who do not have a voice.

Please find my official 2007 BMW 335i vehicle history report below. The report is straight from my certified BMW dealership, and speaks for itself. For easier viewing, I have also created a vehicle history summary that directly corresponds with the vehicle history report. The summary highlights each problem, and how many times I have had to return to Dave Walter BMW to fix the same malfunction, manufacturer defect, or issue. This report does not include the recent "Engine Malfunction, Reduced Power" malfunctions I am currently experiencing.

Let's get a few things straight, I am not a lawyer, and I do not "hate" the BMW brand. Three different attorneys have each confirmed that I have a lawsuit against BMW. Instead, I have tried to stay loyal to the brand/dealership and resolve these issues since 2009. I have been a BMW enthusiast for years, and previously owned an E46 M3 prior to my defective E92. The new 335i is the perfect blend of performance and practicality in my opinion, but to each his own. Unfortunately, since my 335i coupe was purchased it has had an incomprehensible amount of manufacturer defects and recurrent problems. It is one thing for a vehicle to malfunction, it is another for a manufacturer not to stand behind their product.
